Just bought a 76 914 and waiting on it to get to me from Arizona. Can't wait. My Dad had one in the mid 70s and it will be cool to have him enjoying it with me. Thanks for the informative videos. Ryan, Pensacola, FL

Hi George, your videos are invaluable. Thanks for all of the work you put into them. If you were buying a 914/4 which model (engine, year) would you go for and why.
@autoatlantainc.2267 Жыл бұрын
I would actually buy a 1976. They came standard with the 2.0 engine, were the very last year for the 914, had all of the factory improvements, and were the rarest production numbers of all of the four cylinder cars.

How do you recommend getting the car into 4th and 5th seems like it’s hitting the wall like 2nd and 3rd are the end of the transmission pattern

Thanks for the video. You said on a scale of 1 - 100 this is an 85, how much is a car in this shape worth?

At around 7 minutes, I noticed that the 4 way flashers didn’t all blink at the same time. First the left light would blink and then the right. Is that the way that they worked on a earlier 914 or is there something wrong with that car? Wait, never mind. I know what happened. When Dr. 914 turned on the 4 way flashers, the right curb light had been turned on.

I wonder if it is difficult to source parts for this vehicle? & Would a Porsche dealer be the best place to have it serviced? Thanks for the video it was very informative!
