Rented a diesel for two weeks. I will buy one. Nicest vehicle I have ever driven. Safety features are amazing for overtaking, lane wander and reversing etc. 10/10

Just bought one 2.0 version. Coming from a mk6 GTI , this was slow. But then every now and then I m glad my family loved it, I loved the peace of mind driving it without worrying about the repairs (vw here are expensive on maintenance) and it just suits the imperfect roads in this country

I don't have any issue with my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, I made a good choice so far. I like the extra seat when needed by my kids.

I got a pre-owned 2019 about a month ago now and I'm pleased with it. The fuel efficiency is impressive, great driving dynamics, comfortable. Makes a great daily driver. Forget what the critics say. Read the testimonials of people owning them long term, people claim low cost of ownership of them. I'm already considering my next vehicle to be another outlander with a higher trim level.

Hows the power ? Thinking of getting a 2019 .
@rickthibault5352 жыл бұрын
@@williammenjivar9353 the power is decent. It's all the power you need not much though..it is a CVT afterall, so it doesn't feel crazy powerful, just as powerful as it needs to be. But its a smooth and even power delivery .it corners nicely. About 2 1/2 years with mine. No issues. Front end and suspension are still in great shape and roads are crap where I live. The only money I spent on it was just did a service on the CVT and differential. Still no rust underneath. If it was well cared for and decent mileage, might be worth looking at.

@@rickthibault535 Am undecided if I get a Nissan rogue or a Mitsubishi outlander, I know the Nissan has a little more power but I hear negative stuff about the Rouge to ..so we will see.

I have a 17 and is my second. For me, 3500 tow capacity, whistles and bells, smooth ride, good safety features, good storage - I have no regret. No compass and no cumulative average MPG. The only two things I don't like.

We replaced our 2007 Honda Pilot w a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. We also currently own a 2014 Accord Sport. Prior to the Pilot we also owned a 2003 CRV. Long story short - we used to be a Honda Only family. My cousin and neighbor told me how happy they were with their Outlander. Don't rely on the professional reviews. Drive it for yourself. We are very pleased with the 2018 Outlander. Great sound system and a lot softer ride than the CRV.

i shoudlve bought this instead of my nissan rogue, more features for less money. i thought Mitsubishi was leaving the US
@usfanlovesminho50857 жыл бұрын
The CEO of Mitsubishi said in an interview that they never planned to pull out of the US and that their sales have increased. When they discontinued the Evo because the market for sports cars was diminishing, they took a full turn to SUV's. The Outlanter Sport was the most successful and then when the Outlander was revamped in 2016, it's sales took off too. They had an increase in sales in the US of 33.6% in 2016 compared to 2015, and they are predicting 2017 will be even better. My daughter has the Outlander Sport (a 2015), and my husband just bought this 2017 Outlander two weeks ago. Both of them love their vehicles. The Sport is a great small SUV for a younger driver and the Midsize Outlander is great for any age, especially guys because it has a masculine look to it.

I actually narrowed the list down to the Rogue & Outlander as well - ended up with the Mitsubishi for its longer list of standard equipment, stronger powertrain and warranty. The V6 is heavy on gas but overall it has been reliable and a good companion for long road trips.

32K for 160 hp SUV with a tiny 3rd row and no trunk space, and Ivan says it is a fair price. To each its own
@jtpfla36 жыл бұрын
You could get the Sorento, or the Nissan Rogue but each with a third row of equal space will cost you more. This vehicle is absolutely properly priced for what it offers, all other options will cost you thousands more in comparison (having gone out to compare myself), The Rogue with similar options but w/o the third row was 2k more than this Mitsubishi, and both dealers offered incentives for their vehicles. The Rogue sells better than the Outlander and will always cost the buyer more. Honda CRV and Toyota Rav4 didnt offer any third row and their cargo space was smaller, of course I'm counting cargo space in the outlander while the third row is stored, in which case it has more cargo area than the competition.
@jtpfla36 жыл бұрын
Oh one other thing, my biggest gripe against the Outlander is it's power in the 4 cylinder, but where it lacks in power it makes up for it in fuel economy which should be more important in my humble opinion.
