As a vocalist, no her singing isn’t that bad, she’s just sitting on the notes when she should be lifting her soft pallet and feeling the notes as a musical phrase instead of each individual note. Overall more lift in the breath and soft pallet and more movement through the phrase and she’ll improve really well

As a choir student, she’s actually not doing “bad” at all. She has a wonderful voice! If she wanted to sing “better” or “more refined” though, she could always find a vocal coach or someone with more experience to give tips for her (like expanding her vocal range with vocal exercises or how to properly breathe through her instrument). Though there was one thing that I kinda noticed she’s more so just singing for singing without really pushing air out properly so it sounds like she’s just pushing her sound out for pushing it out and not pushing her sound out forwards or “spinning her air” (reminder this is just something minor that could easily be fixed by breathing properly). But back to the point: her singing is great! The flute playing sounded nice too (but a little like screeching…?) even though it doesn’t sound like modern flutes.

It sounds to me like she's actually singing in the wrong part of her vocal register, though.
