I am now in the middle of week three of shortcut to shred and it is amazing. I have lost 5 pounds so far which may not sound like a lot, but while losing that weight, my strength has increased dramatically. I am lifting so much more than before (with good form still) and upping my times daily with the length of cardio in between sets. Thank you Dr. Stoppani. This has been the start of a change in life style. It would be awesome to meet you or talk to you to pick your brain! Thanks again!

Doc I've been doing Cardioacceleration and my abs are so much more defined as well as my hip flexors. I have new veins on my biceps :) and they are getting bigger. I can not believe I rested my a*s when lifting. Cardioacceleration is the best tool when lifting. Getting bigger and leaner! Thanks Doc!

Dr. Stoppani you're the man.. Im in phase 1 second week of the shortcut to shred.. And let me tell you never seen so much progress in such short time.. And the program was free cant believe it.. You are a genius sir, respect from Denmark

Hey Jim, first of all, THANK YOU..!! for the amazing and awesome workouts and mostly, man! you have to be passionate and patient to answer people's questions like this..more than the cutlers and colemans, you inspire me..I have been following your shortcut to shred for 2 weeks and I die at the end of each workout, it is so good. Do you propose any rest between sets (1 set is 1 set of weights and 1min cardio) ? I usually stop for about 2 mins b/w each set.

Thanks for responding. Now I've bought all the recommended supplements from bcaa to yohimbe on your shortcut to shred program. My question is, do you have to follow the daily requirement of each dietary supplements? Sometimes my schedule is different each day so some mornings I don't take green tea extract or acety L-carnitine. But I try to meet the recommended dosage as much as I can.

G'day Dr Stoppani. I've been training for around 9 yrs now and had always struggled to keep body fat off, but i must say that the shortcut to shred is so effective that i swear by it. I wanted to know i should recycle the workout after the six week program to keep loosing body fat! The results i have seen in just over 3 weeks are insane. Thanks a ton for all the knowledge and advice. I'm also using your pre-workout jym which is awesome. Is it ok to have a few carbs before an intense workout?

When u mean rack the weight, do u mean add more weight? Or keep the same weight that was performed on the last set to muscle failure?

Jim, Currently on week 3 of shortcut to shred. Should I be concerned if I am following the diet to a t and only see a couple lbs drop in weight after a couple weeks? I usually lose weight faster than this but in this program I think I'm eating more clean foods and may be getting some muscle gains and may have to ignore the scale. Lastly, what is the difference between shortcut to shred and 123 Get Lean? When does your PRE JYM come out? Are you having any shirts made? Thanks! Thanks!

Hey JIm, could cardacceleration be used on a program such as superman workout, with super sets being done followed by cardioacceleration, would there be a decrease in strength

With cardio acceleration do you do H.I.T.T. and/or regular cardio afterwards? Or is that too much for the body on a weekly/regular basis? Thanks.

Antonio Montana I disagree. HITT is : "High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing cardiorespiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active." Doing lifting exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench press is not a lower intensity. Conversely, cardio in between sets is pretty high intensity as well - albeit dependant on the individuals level of intensity. Therefore, with cardio acceleration there is not much low intensity which is the I-nterval part of H.I.T.T.....even if I grant you your position, I am curious if hitting cardio after your lift is too much. Some argue cortisol levels shoot through the roof effecting muscle gains.

P Mccarthy Jim said it himself (Cardioacceleration HIIT Thing) you should try. My personal experience, less body fat, more muscle, more strength. If you try it sometime, let me know how it was. :)

Is there a way to lose a considerable amount of fat without a healthy diet? College life is hard on the pockets so I pretty much eat whatever is available but it's ruining my fitness goals. Do you know of anyway around this? I heard fasted cardio is my best bet but others say that'll burn a lot of muscle.

Hey been following your shortcut to shred program and I'm going on my 3rd week. I know you mentioned about caloric intake on rest day during week 2-3. Now on rest day, do you consume 1 g per pound of protein instead of 1.5?

Hi Dr.Stoppani... I got a question... I would like to try out ur shortcut to shred but does not know which cardio i can use... I am on a cane with a bad left leg... I broke it and got an IM nail in it last April... What type of cardio can i use despite my condition? Thanks in advance!
