Probably one of the BEST programs I have followed in my years of training. INSANE results. And Stoppani does not bullshit either, literally everything he said is BASED on legitimate and tested research. No wonder the man has his Ph.D and working on ANOTHER one.

What a trip so many of the commenters callin Stoppani out sayin BRO SCIENCE. Really? The guy has a phd. related to nutrition, has spent most his life pursuing knowledge applicable to building muscle and has probably trained thousands of people. He has probably forgot more than any of us know. That being said I do not use any of his supps. just to expensive for my budget. But his knowledge given freely I totally respect.
@LuckyLoL135 жыл бұрын
sid trumpzilla I agree that his experience and knowledge are extremely valuable! Having said that, he does push certain agendas that have been scientifically debunked for years (I’m talking about the anabolic window, the idea that insulin provides some sort of cellular signaling to spike muscle protein synthesis etc.)... I’m not saying that i am in any way on the same level as Stoppani, but as a biochemist I routinely stumble over the research that he uses to back himself, and from that you can see that many of his claims are simply false

Background music was too loud and way too much "action" for such a calm individual. The content of what he is saying is more important than the OTT presentation. That said, this is very much appreciated. I wonder if this diet also applies to those who are in the 60lb+ overweight range or just for bodybuilding cuts, since its only a 6 week program and not a long term diet plan.

I tried this program for a couple weeks and quit. I never had the exploding ENERGY AND FOCUS to do the next set when doing 1 minute cardio in between sets. After doing those cardios in between, I was always exhausted, tired, little out of breath and most importantly out of focus and strength. I much rather doing cardio some other time in the day or save it for the weekend. Cheers.

The traditional gummy bear is made from a mixture of sugar, glucose syrup, starch, flavoring, food coloring, citric acid, and gelatin. The "table sugar" or "granulated sugar" most customarily used as food is sucrose, a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. So gummy bears contain fructose, right?

Logically presented information with an air of authority. However the intro is way too long, the music is too dominating, and the pacing is too slow... You can't spot reduce, the only way to get rid of a muffin top is to lose your overall body fat as a whole, then eventually the muffin top will disappear--either quickly or slowly--depending on where the fat is concentrated on your body.

According to Mark Tarnopolsky, M.D., Ph.D., who studies exercise and nutrition at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, HIGHLY TRAINED ATHLETES thrive on 0.77 gram of daily protein per pound of body weight. That's 139 grams for a 180-pound man.

Good video- but missing one very essential thing. It's not all macronutrient, there are several, several, scientifically sound studies that show the importance and value of micronutrients such as phytonutrients and minerals. Carbohydrates like fruits and veggies are loaded with phytonutrients that science is now beginning to understand the impact of on longevity, health and prevention of disease. So, so, so important. An example of this is the studies, demonstrating the impact of beets with increasing the production of nitric oxide and improving blood flow for strength and endurance training. Pubmed the clinical literature on this fact. Now that's a natural supplement for you..

@matthewlau7669 жыл бұрын
+Astro201281 1.5g of protein is your total daily intake. if you are 200 lbs will have to take 300g of protein per day not per meal, that will too much of food. 200g protein it is like about 7-9 small boneless skinless chicken breast, I dont think not many of us can eat that much of meal in one meal.
