I have that same plush! But I heard you say IVF is for women with such issues including “missing fallopian tube’s.” I only have one. Is this the case for every woman with only one Fallopian tube or does it vary?

People with one open Fallopian tube can conceive naturally but there are many reasons people opt for IVF😊

Do you recommend the FET and genetic testing? We did those with our IVF cycle but unfortunately lost all 3 transfers (4 “genetically perfect” embryos). I sometimes wonder if all that testing and freezing process had any impact on it. Also, do you recommend invocell? I’m currently trying more natural methods giving myself a break from all the IVF but have been thinking about different options again since I’m now 41. Thanks for the great info.

I am so sorry for your loss. Genetic screening of embryos is not perfect and we cannot test everything in embryos yet - still learning so much. I discuss genetic screening with my patients and review that as eggs and sperm age, more chromosome imbalances occur so that the majority of embryos are aneuploid when eggs are 38 years or older. It's best to review your personal situation with your doctor. Best wishes to you!

Is it good to go through iui after one tube disconnected. I have 2 iui's before the tube disconnected. The test shows negative.

I used acupuncture during ivf and had a successful cycle. Of course, it’s hard to say definitively if it was because of acupuncture but It definitely doesn’t hurt.

Hi dr,I have pcos and thyroid. We are currently trying 8 years and we have tried with natural treatments and ovulation induction they didn’t work for us and we thinking to start ivf Iam 36 now and my partner 37. Only thing my everything inside perfect and only thing hard to get a correct BMI my BMI 34. Iam going to start ivf with high doses what do you think about that. Please give advice thanks

There are many factors to consider with success but I will reassure you - a low AMH does NOT mean you are infertile ❤️

There is no one good answer for this - it depends on your personal situation and family goals. Low AMH can predict low egg number retrieved and therefore lower chance of success with a single egg retrieval. Review with your doctor and best wishes to you!!
