I've been with my GF 27 years and a lot of this I have come to realise. Word for word. So yes he does have a really good understanding. I shall see how much the full video. I doubt I will get her to watch but. It seems like banging my head on a wall getting her to try to implement any of it.

So useful, thanks. Watched 3 videos, so succinct. Appreciate hope vs despair. Trying to separate violence. I was exposed to life changing violence from year one. Got under my skin into my neurology, strangling me with shame. Miracle i did not self destruct, I'm 70. Appreciate your comments re Grace

Seeing my wife griefing everyday while takecaring of our child, and still choose not to use babysitter over and over.. it FRUSTATEs me.. (i might have ptsd about my parents behavior when i was young.. they grief me over something simple, something that can be fixed with searching a simple solution.. ex: accidently spilled water on the floor) i was angry but didn't know why.. and thus become hostile, contempt..

I appreciate your older wisdom and professional setting; but as someone who is young and non-religious, it was jarring to hear that anger is something which was given to me by god. Anger is a human emotion, and serves a natural function as an evolutionarily viable tool, and as a practitioner of mental healthcare, I think it discredits the incredibility of the human mind in its own raw computable power. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed the video, and I respect your biblical view to things. Thank you.

If divorce is not an option, go to therapy. If he won’t go, you go.

This man is literally George Carlin's alter-ego. Instead of being an angry Atheist, he's a calm Christian 😅 Must be his twin brother from another mother... 🤔
