Amazing content and very helpful and easy to understand. A train clients that have arthritis and it's never too much to understand what their limitations can be.

Maybe many people found it to be annoying to have to listen to unnecessary loud "background" music.

So what actually starts the process of arthritis in the first place? Why do some people get it and others never do? What starts that breakdown of the smooth cartilage?
@CBT57779 ай бұрын
I know. This is never answered.

Dr, i would make a bit more research. I was diagnosed with arthritis in the hips 2 years ago. I started stretching daily and taking supplements and my cartilage has regenerated. I can now do exercise daily with absolutely no pain. Supplements helps wonders combined with proper nutrition and exercise.

What happens when you are allergic to NSAIDS like i am? Ive partial sciatica (i think its that) as i write this. My right hip feels like i have a red hot poker pushing on the hip joint & its agonising. My thigh bone feels as if the bones like a twig ready to snap & muscle is thinning, groin area hurts, shin area on right im finding difficult to explain but i think its the muscle from shin area to outer leg has pressure there as if swollen & i feel like ive a band tightening where flip flop top part of shoe is & my toes feel either numb or have pins n needles. Hip pain alternates to left hip but its never as bad as my right side. Also feels like im wearing a (best way i can describe this) a WWF wrestling belt around my hip area up to just abovetop of my base of back& feels as if the bone is area inbase of back has a grinding feeling. Im on morphine for it but it makes me too groggy & like i said im allergic to NSAIDS. Im in agony. Just to add this is also recurring but keeps becoming more frequent. I had a hip injection in trocanter area couple of months ago but it only lasted a week atbthe most Im from UK. My Dr retired after 25 yrs so i can never get an appointment cos ive still not been allocated a Dr since mine retired during first covid. Thrres osteoporosis & osteoarthritis in both sides of my family. My niece did our family tree & found we are descendants of the last Catholic King Richard III & he had a crooked spine. I can't get anywhere with my GP, so can anyone please offer me some advice. Im a 55 yr old woman. Im on morphine for it, but it makes me too groggy & like i said, im allergic to NSAIDS. Im in agony. Just to add, this is also recurring but keeps becoming more frequent. I have to be at deaths door to go to accident & emergency cos hospital beds will make it much worse cos thats where it began. Im fed up of trying to get the correct help & to get a Dr to listen cos we are only allocated 5 minutes for an appointment & thats if i can get an appointment as theyre always taken & i cant get past the receptionists. They say ring 8.15am. Im trying from 8.10, even though they aren't open n by time it rings im 10th in queue & when I get through, theres no appointments left. Im at a loss & feel suicidal so can anyone help me out with anything that could help me 😢 Id appreciate anything that may help. Ps. My spine was injureed in 93 after being attacked so know its possible its coming from my spine but atm im in agony & would just appreciate any advice from somebody who might understand 😢 Thanks so much in advance for any advice offered 😊

Can you stop the background noise? It’s very annoying and detracts from the presentation.

Why would you need the background music? And the sound is not lovely, but irritating! Would you please remove the music, so that we can understand better what you’re saying … Thanks ~

Couldn't hear what he was saying for the loud music. Why did you have to have that noise when explaining this. Such a shame to spoil this in such a way! I had to give up watching within a few minutes!

Why do they have to put very annoying background music which is not very background but loud enough to be particularly annoying
