I also add chopped coriander leaves,grated dry coconut and more of potato.u can apply oil on your palm while making patty.u can fill thick coconut chutney in between vada and than fry.that also tastes nice.dont need to take chutney separately.just loved watching sabudana vada made by u all🥰

Sabudanyachi khichadi is my favourite dish. From childhood it’s my favourite. And my mom is a sugran. She is an expert in cooking and I love all her curries. You will love it. Wow ! It's so nice to see Dr.Sriram Nene and Madhuri ma'am enjoying the simple recipe of sabudana vada and preparing it with great enthusiasm along with their two sons ! Here is a tip from me : Wash the sabudana thoroughly for three or four times so the starch is removed well.Then soak in the water for at least 5 to 6 hours and then put all the ingredients and mix well.Then you need not coat with cornflour as it won't get sticky.
