The Confederacy of lndependant systems used battle droids. However, the Empire developed their own experiments to create the Dark Trooper.

The Black Sentry Droids look more like the purple T Rex Dinosaur 🦖 Machine Beast Wars 💜 💜 Electric Stun batons it mimics the life form in Machine Form 👍 👌.
