@@microbios8586 Now that its dragging on and on I get your point but my guess would be that the politicians didn't forsee this big of an issue. I heard that a cold front was coming and even I didn't think that it would be this bad for this long. But then again Im not an expert and it isn't my job to prepare the city so perhaps they should have done more. I can't say for sure if they should have known.
