Good talk guys I’m still enjoying 20 years in business with zero dependence on any of these brands. Integration has been well worth it.

Thanks for sharing such valuable information! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

No American manufacturer has the tremendous advantage of DJI’s incredible and sophisticated vertically integrated supply chain that helps them innovate so quickly.. just ask Chris Anderson from 3DR Robotics

The kid that started DJI was a college student at the time. There was no tremendous advantage. He just had a better idea. Make a better product at a cheaper price.

@@philippike3983manufacturing in China is a huge advantage. Cheaper (practically free) labor, closer to raw materials, manufacturing infrastructure for logistics and mass production, government subside for export, less environmental regulations, etc. My next drone I buy will be a Chinese drone, I'm not anti-global consumerism, but do recognize there are huge differences that contribute to the price we pay.

A lot of the bad animus, the negative energy, it reminds me of rhetorical battles around the periphery of the two camps that would typically form around companies/industries that did/didn't have strong national union representation. For example, Coors/Budweiser, Walmart/Costco, Detroit/Japanese Mfg. They were definitely political fights - ones that pitched two sides of the aisle against one another but unlike those iterations of national politics, the current sUAS battle is fueled and serves entirely a foreign monopoly. If it were a battle merely over tech and not foreign dominance, top influencers like Vic Moss and his DAA wouldn't singularly be PRC industry political activists but instead advocates for open standards and rules about usage no matter the country of origin, and so much of the rhetoric and rumour milling/whisper campaign most likely wouldn't have exclusively been directed at DJI's biggest domestic competitor in the US (skydio). It's also troubling, IMHO, given Daa's close political ties to a foreign, PRC military linked monopoly that members of the group are allowed input and collaboration on FAA matters and neither the principals nor the group haven't been FARA'd. A FARA designation would certainly change the tenor in discussions.
