In this moist weather things flash rust in minutes! i hope welding up the holes is a success as i know for a fact the intense heat from welding can impart some wild distortion needing some rather intricate and time consuming remedies. Simply Bearings is my go to for bearings and belts of all types as they are very good on price and choice

Hi , Yes you can almost see things rusting after sand blasting, with the damp in the air ,it should make me get on with it though! I will need to keep the heat down to a minimum when filling the holes on the new bottom blade. Thanks Simply Bearings had quite a few options on the EE5s, i went for the budget ones, but did i seemed to remember they get a 4 Star rating , so cant be bad. Thanks for your recommendation.
