G bilkul drop hoti hai sugar. Jb aap saarian charte hain to os waqt sugar tezi se drop hoti hai but jb aap seerian charhna stop krte hain or body aap ki rest ki halat main aati hai to sugar again spike krti hai. Main ne ye kr k dekha hai, yani aap ne seerian charhne se pehle sugar chek ki aap ki zada ayi. Phir aap ne siirian charhne k baad check ki to kam ayi, but jb aap 15 20 min baad dobara check karen to sugar phir zada ho jati hai, ye seerian charhna temporary sugar ko nechay je jata hai tezi se phir itni hi tezi sugar wapis ajati hai.

Asalamoalikom. Yesterday my sugar was 16 instead of 7 or in 6 range i did these 2 exercises for hardly 1 minutes or 2 mint n my sugar came to 6.7 .Alhamdulilah. JazakalAllah khair
