Awww! I miss my Drowsy. Her and Thumbalina were my absolute favorite baby dolls when I was little in the 70s. I was waiting to hear her laugh and cry. Loved that laugh!

I still have mine.. well loved and I'm 60 and she's 50. She has two sisters, one a drowsy beans and one from 2002 from my sister Mary who remembered how much I loved drowsy. She even had her own wardrobe courtesy of my sister Mary!!

I had a Drowsy Doll, but mine was black. My big brother used to tease me because I was a boy. When I got older, my mom gave it to a Goodwill store along with my other toys. I'm 53 years old now, but I still have the photo my mom took of me and the doll at Christmas in 1969 when I was 4 years old.

Am 45 years old and I had this doll when I was five till I was 25 she was wonderful! I loved her so very much , but one day she got ruined so I had to get rid of her. I was so very upset. She was a dark skin doll with black hair and the pink bow. If I saw a doll like her again I'd buy her! She was named Coco💕

My cousin Jennifer had a Drowsy doll. She was born in 1972. I remember playing with her, she also laughed and cried. They brought her back in the late 1990s and I bought one for my nephew's best friend Anna for her fourth birthday. By then, you put batteries into her and pressed her tummy to get her to talk. Just like the talking Mrs. Beasley doll that Kathy Garver used to advertise. I bought one in 2002. Her glasses were lost though. Her batteries are dead now, they take the button kind and I need to get some more to hear her talk again. Cheryl Ladd did the voice of Mrs. Beasley for the newer version.

I would LOVE to purchase this doll for my grand-daughter BUT . . the only thing that worries me is that you have to pull that string that is connected to a round white plastic ring :( Too bad we don't have Little Miss Drowsy that has no string . . only activate it by current dolls now . .such as 'press here', etc. Thanks for this memory!!

sorry but what was the creepy one? Im a spanish speaker and I understand the whole video except that part omg xDDD btw she is a really sweet doll tbh. I dont like vintage/antique dolls at all, but Mattel is an exception. In Argentina is very difficult to find a vintage mattel baby doll (almost impossible) But one day, I found a Baby Go/Baby that a way commercial on youtube and I fell in love. Some months after, I found one of them in a argentinian collector's event, she was really cheap, in an excelent shape AND SHE STILL FUCKING WORKS, SHE IS FROM 1974 BUT SHE STILL WORKS HAHA she wasnt restored, maybe she wasn't even played. I felt so lucky when I bought her.
