I did something about mine and am just over 4 weeks out (AMS 700 LGX) and just started cycling. With my third cycle I’m only 1/2 inch shorter than I was with a quad mix injection just prior to surgery. Therefore I should be right back at my original size with the regular daily cycling and penis exercise in a few months. It all works, glans swells and feels great so far. I can’t wait to be able to start having inter corse again in a couple weeks. Thank you Dr. Perito for the all videos and inspiration to talk to my urologist about having this done. You helped give me the courage to do it. Oh and for those who always seem to ask in these comments, it was 100% covered by my insurance plan, an HMO of all things…100%…not even a single co-pay.

Had a ams 700 implant very happy, actually seems larger than before because it corrected my peyrones disease

I have had my implant in for a little over a year and just recently it's not inflating completely I think it's an airbubble what should I do?

Paul my question is this. Is it normal to be very swollen after a week and a half after the procedure? I had the three piece done and I still am swollen bad with a pain level of 7. Also my penis after the surgery is frozen in a 90 degree angle. I’ m peeing on myself and I have to sit to go. It seems tome after a week and a half the swelling and pain should better. I called my Dr.s office twice and no one called back. Is my penis supposed to be like this? Thanks , Dennis

The direction a penis hangs after surgery, if deflated, does not reflect anything. 20% of our patients will have "ongoing" pain and swelling beyond two weeks. You should be seen by your doctor.
