@@DrPaulPerito Hello Dr,I had a 3 piece implant recently,the surgeon said one of my corpus cavernosa was longer than the other.I now have one side where the cylinder is kinked/bunched up and my penis has a lump at that point and it also causes it to go at an angle. Is it possible to fix this and if so how? Could it have been avoided at the start?

How positive i see my doc the 10th of july ive had 2 prostrate sugeries and urgency it seems like as i go to stand theres no holding it. Like putting gas in my car🫣 all down my leg no holding it. Pocket change i liked that. Lol but sounds like it would help. Thank you for this positive information information

I'm really thinking about doing this! If my doc go through the scrotum should I be concerned about desensitization not feeling anything anymore during sex? Have anyone ever complained about that post op?

Have you ever implanted a penile prosthesis in anyone who has an AUS (AMS800). If so, did it work well or were there complications?

All dedicated implanters have performed penile prostheses with AUS.

I really think people should be counseled before surgery. You can have no risk factors, low A1C and still contract infection. Literature seems mixed regarding drain placement to mitigate risk of infection. I had no drain. Be aware if you do have this complication that fibrosis will develop, leading to a shortened, buried penis because the implant is no longer stretching the penis and more atrophying is occurring. As soon as the implant is removed, the penis begins to retract. This is a wonderful surgery but use Dr. Paul for your best chance at success. I know he is the only one with the experience to perhaps fix this. But your best chance at success is the first implant. I’m scared I’ll develop another infection. Research shows a 10 13 percent infection rate for revision. It’s one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make. On the subject of urination, sometimes I have difficulty because of the retraction keeping the urin from going everywhere. Good luck everyone!

Hi, doctors Very interesting videos, a question please I am 60 years old, i am fed Up of pills and other remedies, they still work, but I want to get an implant. Is that possible? Or have I to wait more time? A doctor I visited scared me by saying, my penis would be destroyed if I get operated. What's your advice please ? Rhanks

The infrapubic approach, when performed by a dedicated implanter has a low complication rate... I'm not sure why your doctor would have said that, but it's not accurate.
