They have very little regard or respect for the rights and feelings of others. They are often considered manipulative and cunning, I know because I deal with them on a daily basic.

She definitely needs urgent psychiatric care, in patient preferably as she certainly cannot be trusted to follow orders at home such as drug regimes. My other concern is that she's dangerous if allowed to continue - she is not beyond crying rape and such like and that accusation alone can destroy someone's life, even if proven not guilty, it follows them forever. Goodness only knows the other dangerous lies she could fabricate against innocent people. I hope she gets the help she urgently needs. I've seen most of the clip of her ultrasound scan results, I don't want to be a spoiler and tell everyone what happens if they don't want to know until the episode continues tomorrow, only the first half was aired today!

Keeley Tarff Thank you for clearing that up. :) I was just thinking how frustrating it would be for the mother and sister. I know how it is when you have a relative that can't "think straight" because of a mental disorder, and it's hard to understand they're not normal. My father has a narcissistic and some anti social disorder. It's taken me years to understand the concept that he can't think "normally" and even now it's hard to understand how to cope with him and how to deal with his illness.

Since when does smoking cigarettes cause mental disorders like this? "Never" is the answer you're looking for. You can blame a lower birth weight, or premature birth on smoking cigarettes during pregnancy, not the kid growing up to have mental disorders. So no she wouldn't have been "perfectly fine" if the mom didn't smoke cigarettes. She'd be the same but maybe born a pound heavier or 2 weeks later. 🤣

its a real mental disorder called pseudocyesis, or false or phantom pregnancy; mostly it happens for women who want children sooo bad but keep getting miscarriages also common with a women trying to get pregos but is sterile. in some cases young teens CAN have this mental disorder. So instead of the mom and sis being kind of bitchy and calling her a liar( even if she is a compulsive liar) they should straight away take her to have a psych test. When women get this they believe 100% that they are pregos and if this continuous and she doesn't get help she could have a mental break down and hurt herself and her family possible.

Shelby Wilson I'm aware of that condition and at this stage I disagree with you on the belief that this is what she is suffering. If there wasn't history of compulsive lying to the extremes she has gone I may think otherwise. This is just another elaborate lie that she's justifying with another lie (her apparent paranoid schizophrenia). When I see the conclusion to this story tomorrow, I may think otherwise, but to me, right now, she does not meet the symptoms. This is just my opinion of course!
