Reminds me of my stepdaughters mother! This chick does drugs and grandma is turning a blind eye to it. My stepdaughter ended up in foster care and then we were awarded custody and her mother used to make claims that a daycare worker sexually abused my daughter when she NEVER even went to a daycare a day in her life! She would call with these stories to get my husband worked up and then fight us for custody it was a game to her! It is a game to these women!

Apple doesn't fall far from the cluster b dysfunctional tree. The only hope for the daughter is for the father to become more emotionally stable (ie, not getting sucked into their conflict) and him getting at least shared custody. Then if the mother doesn't seek treatment and continues with her line of thought, she loses custody and gets supervised visitation only. If in this visitation, she still proceeds with that line of thought in front of the daughter, she loses all parental rights. The mother needs serious consequences to seek professional psychiatric assistance to see if she can improve.

The only "help" she deserves is the kind of "help" she was trying to put upon this guy. Lock her away with the label of child sx offender, no protective custody, she will find "help" real quick. She absolutely deserves it... if you watch more of this episode, this lady did the equivalent of what she is blaming her ex for. Nothing ever actually happened, but she put the memories in the poor little girls mind, so to her they might as well have.

I've seen from a few different people that she did lose custody. I'm not sure if these people knew her personally or if they lived close to her, I'm not sure but I hope the father has the girl. He is much more consistent than the mother.

The only thing I heavily disagree with here is that Dr. Phil is somehow persecuting the fact that the child was delivered 'into the hands of a known rapist'. If it is court-ordered visitation, she would've been arrested or would've had custody revoked if she had refused to bring the child to court-ordered visitation. Yes this woman is lying through her teeth, but if she HAD been telling the truth, her hands would've been completely tied. It's an impossible decision between bringing the child to mandated visitation, or going to jail and risking having the child taken from your custody. DCFS and the child protection laws in this country are completely corrupt, backwards, useless, and 9 out of 10 times lean heavily in favour of the abuser rather than the child who has been abused and the other parent of that child.
