Hi Dr, I got my rhinoplasty done 8 months back. My doctor has excessively reduced my ala base using sill excision. Can you please expand it by 1mm each side? I am getting huge breathing issues

It is extremely hard to reverse the alar base reduction.

If you want more to be taken off yes it can be done. But it would be extremely hard to reverse it
