MaamMa'am I'm really tensed. I haven't got my periods since April 2021. My weight is 60kg and i have started few excercise like pcod specialised yoga, cardio workout. But the only difference I saw was I felt less bloated, I lost few inches..since it's just 10 days of strict workout I can feel only these differences. Could you please suggest me something?
