Hello Doctor, My daughter is 10 years old and she does regular exercises (skipping & pullups) 5 days a week. And she isn't obese and we have been giving all the micronutrients in the way of home food (Porrigdes, milk, veggies & fruits). Her sleep is well above 7 hours. We are a Vegetarian. Despite all that, her height growth is very slow for her age. My height is 165cm and her mothers is 155cm. Our average is low. Can you suggest what are we lacking and how to improve her height? Hi Sir, Recently I got diagnosed with Thyroid and Gluten, Dairy intolerance. Dietitian advised me to take a very minimal amount of dairy but gluten I'm not able to tolerate at all.
