Good evening doctor. Iam your big fan, I never miss your videos. As I am carcinoma patient I strictly following calorie deficit diet, the only thing is iam unable to reach my protein, because I was changed to vegan, mostly I prefer foods like raw coconut, vegetables and fruits and nuts every day, but in this I reach my carbs, fat, fibre, calories but unable to reach protein ,only 50% of protein consuming. Is it good doctor, pls suggest me. If I need to get your online appointment, pls advice me sir

Thank you sir for yet another informative video. Backdrop and natural light worked really well in this !!! Can someone just rely just on walking and calories deficit to loose weight, instead of gym, pilates etc if so, how many steps are recommended? Also it would be good if you could throw some light on 80:20 rule. I can understand from the video that physical activity is important to minimize metabolic adaptation. But if there are guidance on how much etc would be really helpful to incorporate into one's plan :) Thanks again.
