Thank you Docteur...As diabetic patient..i take millet ..150g with vegetables, with either chicken or fish at before 8 o'clock PM following intermittence fasting ( morning 10 o'clock, 8 o'clock evening) can I continue like ..this system ? i do not feel tiered..please..anwe me Docteur..thank you 👍🇲🇫

Dear Dr. I am taking dinner by 1930 hrs and takes three idlis or three dosas with chutney or sambar. But when I check my sugar level after two hours with glucometer it crosses 200. What should I do? Please advise to my email, 🙏

I think this advice is applicable to me also, but now i have started to drink karela jamun juice at early morning in empty stomach . I Hope i will make myself in stable life
