Are you on the bone when injecting the glabellar Lines? Thanks for your great educational videos. 🙏🏽

@drtim I’m also going to ask about the metal ring you have attached to the syringe plunger. it looks like a really stabilising and comfortable way to aspirate. Did you have these made bespoke or can they be bought?
@chewie941162 ай бұрын
The ring looks awesome, but pulling back with your thumb might cause the syringe to move too much. I do not think it is a good idea. The needle actually moved when he aspirates which he asserts is fine, but that increases risk of bruising and incorrect placement. I'll let you try it first.

Doctor Tim, can you do a video explaining for each area? The face when using filler. I imagine it would be the same when using biostimulators question mark but just a video going over each area of the placing filler. Not on the bone in which way the bevel will be facing whether up. Or back or down. I have only heard a couple of injectors. Address this when explaining treatment or procedure. There's not a lot that actually will mention which way. The bubble is facing, so I appreciate that you do. It would just be nice to have the information all-in-one place.Because I take Notes any time it's mentioned. But then I forget where I placed the notes. I want to have them all-in-one note or is there a rule to it maybe I mean I would assume that with filler you Would want your bevel to be facing the opposite way.The Is highest possible vascular risk is at that time?

What ring device is being used? Does this come with the filler you are using?

I notice that when you aspirated over the Glabella, you then continued to say, " I move whilst injecting," which I found confusing. Please could you explain why you did this once you had established a safe aspiration. Thank you in advance.
@DrTimPearce3 ай бұрын
If you aspirate, then with a negative pressure held in your device you move back and forth it can pickup IV penetration higher up the shaft of the needle. It also in other circumstances distributes the risk, so larger VOs are less likely.

@DrTimPearce Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, especially on a Sunday evening. I really appreciate your help. I think that maybe I misunderstood. I thought that you were injecting post aspiration as you were moving backwards, then moving forward, then retrograde injecting again.

Please can you look at the video from 10 minutes in. I'm still a little unsure as the video doesn't appear to show multiple aspiration between injections. I appreciate that the video is time lapsed. Therefore, it may be less apparent. Sorry to be a bother, but it's important to me that I understand fully. Thank you so much.

If someone has a temporal crest of the very sharp angle all the way down there forehead, but it's sharp side is closest to the temple. Would you treat it from the top or from the bottom and how would you treat it it? Would you go straight up? Just underneath the line of the crust or would you come up or down?Placing one small bowl right next to each other all the way across. I hope that makes sense
