lol, not every unit is used as deliberately as ASP is willing to do. Used cop cars that get aged out of the fleet can be a great buy. ASP is just a small fraction of all the law enforcement vehicles on the roads of North America.

There's a high percentage of police units that are very good for the buy. Knew a car dealer that went to the auctions and bought every detective and administrative unit he could get. He's where I got my FHP Tacoma 4X4 "observation vehicle". Clapped out with everything a truckhead could think of putting on it, doing to it, 5 years old with 30K miles. Likely idled 50K miles running the air. I seen it on the side of the street, never know someone was in it, never give it a second thought beyond some truckhead lived there.
