Hi, my name is Jen I am 44 and live in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old son. I am a stay-at-home Mom and full-time KZbinr with a degree in business with a focus in marketing. Before leaving work when my son was born, I was a commercial lender at a bank. I also worked at Sephora and Macy's doing visual merchandising.
I have dry skin with some hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I love natural makeup looks but occasionally go outside my comfort zone a little bit. @@JenPhelps You may motivate me to experiment with pastel and/or shimmer shades! I have textured skin around my eyes, and past experiments with shimmer...I didn't like how I looked. But maybe just a bit as a topper wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

The elf is gooood though! Never used it as a primer. It is pigmented enough that I use it on its own for light coverage. So pretty!

I have the serum foundation and I agree. It is beautiful and it lasted me all through my work day with no caking or breaking up. However my Walmart charges $4.98. But still a great price.

I have the Essence Don't Worry Be palette, and love the colors, perfect for creating many looks, and the shadows are easy to apply. The Maybelline lip balms are fantastic, nice color selection, and definitely keeps my lips moisturized, and they are pigmented too.

I like that the Maybelline Go Green lip blushes look like lipstick, but have more slip (i hate dragging lipstick across my lips). But they feel oily and smell/taste funny. I think they would wear off even faster than the standard Maybelline bullet lipsticks, wich look identical on the lips, but feel like they have a little more grip. But i have to test that.
