RANDY Never seen anyone use one of those gadgets , am glad you shared that with everyone , wonder how many banjo players out there have never had theirs professionally calibrated as you are doing , I bet a lot have been saying I can do that by ear or feel if someone ever ask them about it ! Most people probably think only adjustment comes from the strings by tweaking the keys one way or the other ! Only have been watching your show a few months and wanted to say I enjoy and like your down to earth honesty about every day matter's , and one foot at a time I know it don't always seem like it supposed to work that way, especially when in your case losing 2 family members in such a short time together ! It takes strength in the mind and your heart , and you've shown us all how to do that as well as working on your customer friends guitars and banjos ! Good luck going forward, and GOD BLESS YOU !

Good to see you Randy!!!!!!! I'm sorry that I've been AWOL for a little bit, but I have some good news to share with you & the other viewers who read my previous post about my better half's mother. They finally quit with all the testing & concluded that she has CHF. She is doing quite a bit better now since they've got her properly dosed on what they call a lasik. She's breathing better & her oxygen levels are improving daily. She's actually been up & around using a walker now. Thank you so much for all the prayers you & the other viewers have sent up on her behalf!!!!!!! I love you all & hope that everyone is doing well despite all the tragedies & set backs that life has been throwing our way!!!!!!!

Do you think that you could maybe try taking that DrumDial apart to see how it works? With a camera like that, I think you’d make the best video of it

you know blkjakk can tune exactly without this? i got her one thinking it would help and she was able to do the tuning without it bc she has such perfect pitch but these are soooo cool!!!!
