Drunk man steals yacht from Pittsburgh marina, police say

A drunk man was arrested after police said he stole a yacht on the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.

The owner of the boat said that the homeless population needs taken care of. Well, since he wants to try to act like he has money by saying "I have a yacht" - lmfao - then why doesn't he be a little more generous with his money and build housing for the homeless, or something? Be the solution..
