Few tips You really want to use you field operatives because they uncover places at the start and help find the disease quicker You want you HQ to be central, so like somewhere in the Middle East. You want to keep track of countries and how they are doing infection wise and send your operatives to a struggling country.

Actually when playing as the cure you will want to start out in a country that is very active. You are just putting yourself at a disadvantage when starting in countries that are hard to get to because it just becomes harder to get anywhere.
