Hi Dr. Victory, I just had a day 6 euploid embryo transfer in the morning of the 6th day of progesterone. In your video around 14 mins, you indicated that Day 6 embryos should be transferred after 6 day of progesterone. Do you mean after 6 full days of progesterone (so I should have had my transfer in the morning of Day 7)? I’m confused and worried. Please kindly clarify. Thank you!

Hello Dr. Victory, You mention the ERA is useless yet all the clinics push for it. Is there another way to see when your implantation window is? I did do it 2 cycles ago and it came back I needed 24 hours of progesterone. Yet my 4th cycle just failed. I have only 2 day 3 embryos left and out of 4 transfers I've never had implantation. I realize there are a million other factors. I've done all the immune testing, are on lovenox with transfers and have been on the antibiotic protocol to kill all bacteria and endometritis. We had 2 ivf cycles, my wife had stage 4 endometriosis, her eggs had cytoplasmic granulation, we did both agonist and Antoniogonist cycles, her age is 35,we got about 32 eggs out of which 23 were m2 oocytes, we got only one blastocyst of ab quality, it did not implant, my sperm analysis was also good 50 million !!, what was the cause of implantation failure sir??

What do you think can cause 3 implantation failures with pgs tested embryos (good quality) using donor eggs, using surrogate (that has had extensive testing for bacteria etc). Genetic testing for male and donor was performed too.

IUI with male factor- should we be medicating with femara and using a trigger shot if there is no female factor and donor sperm used?
