Wow your dry slopes are really big. In my country we have an dry slope hill from 30 meters because everything is flat and we only have around 10 days of snow in an year

I live across from this hill. I flew my drone over it the day they put it in, which was back in 2017-18. I can tell you that NOBODY has used it since. It has grass and weeds growing through it during the summer.

@@sinisterxburn whatever is left, you cannot see. It's over grown by grass and weeds. It was worthless. Nobody used it. People don't pay to snow board in the summer.

awesome vid. But would I need to use a special ski wax and if I didn't wax at all how badly would I ruin my bases?

No need to wax, the surface has an integrated lubrication system.

Do you have to remove the pads when the snow comes because of the groomer, or does it stay down and you just remove the rails and jumps?

It's called Neveplast! It's a plastic compound that is pretty tough but allows your board to slide on it!

Because few people will complain if the hillside is green in non-winter months. What other color would that be true for? At a glance it a healthy grass hillside.

Yeah, the surface is much more abrasive than snow, altho’ it’s often watered to reduce this problem. It will cause base burn unless you re-wax the bases very regularly with hard ski wax. Racers on dry slopes add a special hardening powder to their wax to increase abrasion resistance. Also it can burn/remove your skin if you fall with uncovered arms, and break your thumb if it gets caught in the gaps. Apart from that it’s great!
