You have not seen Gabriel Iglesias "Fluffy" nor Jeff Dunnim, but thought this guy is not my favorite. He is good, with no cursing at all ever, it seems etc. I like that. Just 1 after the other, not laughing, no breaks, but at a nice normal pace so he is one of the best in my book.

@PeRFeCT IMPeRFeCTiON Yeah, I like when a comic genuinely finds what they came up with as funny. I seen so many stand up comics say something, then stare at the audience, waiting for them to laugh. Which makes it some kind of obligation. Some comics, their laugh is part of what makes them funny. But just hanging around friends, someone could say something funny, and the laugh just elevates it.

Memory lane. I have to play it twice. I was howling with screaming laughter. My husband couldn’t hear it. I put a pillow over my face to muffle my laughter. Those hot flash, squirts, projectile floods, sheet drenching episodes were so miserable after 20 years. I’m 68 and still get some flashes from thyroid dysfunction. He took those twenty years of misery and turned them into healing comedy. Laughter. The greatest medicine. Thank you

yo menopause is no joke. i had a hysterectomy, and if i don't take my supplemental estrogen, the flames of hell burn through the inside of my body. and it comes on so instantly. i'm only 30, but i'm also forgetful, so i forget to take the meds sometimes. and it just strikes you in an instant, like the center of the sun has just entered your body. it can almost feel so hot that you feel like you're getting a sunburn from the inside out. you should feel so lucky that all you get is woken up by her in the night. if you traded places, i'm sure you would have a _whole lot_ more to complain about. legitimately, it's like your skin and insidee are on fire, like you're in the middle of the desert at high noon, every move you make crawling across the sand scalding your skin. it's no joke dude. it's incredibly intense.

Eat an balanced vegetarian diet for a few months. Eat variety. No processed food at all. Try it. Include lentils( only after soaking overnight to release phytic acid which blocks the absorption of nutrients) ginger, garlic, fruits, turmeric, amla or Indian gooseberry ( found in Asian/Indian stores) and sprouted grains. Your hormones will naturally balance out. For sure. Try it n let me know how it went for you so I can recommend to more ppl.

YES!!! THIS!!! My husband wants the bedroom year round at 85-90F, I at 50 in perimenopause, NEEEEED the room as cold as I can get it with either the windows all open or the a/c set to 63 (why the hell don't those things go down to 100 kelvin or something like that?!) I also have two industrial fans and a very powerful desk fan. The desk fan is pointed right at my head. I only sleep with a sheet and a Frozen 2 summer bed cover. Sans PJs. I need an ice slab (or a water bed set to 45F) to sleep on. It is miserable! Now I know why my mother and step-father slept in separate rooms the last few years of their life!
@christaverduren6904 жыл бұрын
@@happycook6737 got that. We got rid of the window unit, it couldn't keep up with a room that has zero insulation on three walls, as well as the ceiling (attic) and floor (garage). Unfortunately husband didn't hook up the dehumidifier function, so even though the room will go down to 63, it's clammy, blech! You'd laugh your head off to see how he has this thing precariously perched on dresser drawers so it is high enough to circulate the air. Plus he needs the room pitch black, meaning he has a huge king size duvet covering the window and the hose that take the air outside. For me to even try to attached the tube that channels the water out... uff da! So it's a bit like camping and waking up in the morning all damp! LOL He has a space heater to get the room to his desired temp. I'm trying to get him to move into the third bedroom so we both can get some sleep guilt free.

My husband aka: The most patient man on earth, had to go through menopause with me while we lived in Minnesota. Winter meant flannel sheets, blankets and a down comforter as well as flannel PJ's and thick, warm socks. Fine until a hot flash would hit me around 3 a.m. and I discovered that sleeping in flannel PJ's between flannel sheets was akin to sleeping wrapped in velcro! Snarling, panting, thrashing around, I'd free myself of the bedding --- waking hubby and scaring the heck out of the dog in the process..... I'd pull the window open only to remember we had storm windows! Arrrggghhhh!! California girl and winter out there meant wearing a sweatshirt with your shorts and flip flops. Down the stairs I'd go, hubby behind me -- dog behind him since who knows what crazy mama would do next...... What I'd do is open the main down into the mud room and there, in the 'buffer zone' between the snowy and freezing outside and the snug and warm inside, I'd finally find some relief from the hot flashes. One morning after another 'battle of the flannel monster', husband asked in all earnest, why was I still having PMS since I was going through menopause...... Simple I said --- It morphs into Post Menopausal Syndrome. And that's when he built the extra large workshop in the garage -- Complete with heater, recliner and cable TV :) It was also when he decided that perhaps we'd both do better in somewhere south of the Mason-Dixon line :)
