Just fyi for anyone wanting to do this. Compare prices of older broncos and you’ll find quickly that the money is spent on trucks and broncos that haven’t been hacked up like this.

@@DevanEnce only thing wrong with original hinges,is they wobble. & ive only replaced 1 due to broken tag,pivot point,which was fixable,. people dont oil them,so they fk up.. cant see a good reason to change them. gas struts fail. springs dont. excellent work & vids though,very well done.. from aus..

Sweet product! Maybe suggest to manufacturer to Include templates? A small thing but I'm sure everyone would appreciate.

I sent him a message about doing templates in the future and he said he could do that. It would definitely make the install faster.

Yes, templates will be essential so that others don't have to go through the problem solving process as you did.

Too bad this thread has been abandoned for years. I really wanted to see how the inner fender problem created by this hinge could be addressed. Contact info for whomever is or was making these would have been very helpful. If the part isn't going into production at least share the dimensions so that we can DIY it.
