Drywall for Beginners - How to Prefill

The first step in drywall taping is to use a quick setting compound, or hot mud, to fill any gaps you have.
You're note a pro but pros use this to help them get a better finish.

Thank you for your video. We gutted our 55 sqft bathroom built in 1964 a bi-level. I cut out the damaged sections approx 20" inches at the bottom. This is very hard as a noob everything is uneven joints. This is day 3 seems like no progress.

Was it player board you pulled out or drywall? The older plaster board is most definitely uneven.

I've seen the product in stores. I've never installed it. I'd have to look into it more. The idea of plastic-ish walls kinda freaks me out but I could be wrong.
