I don't think livid lol.....I think uncomfortable would be more his style lol.....Picard actually admitted to Riker he doesn't do well with kids.

It's a real Disaster(I'm referring to the episode in which Picard got stuck with three kids in a turbolift)

um recreate the pit in a holo suite, then have some hologram nanny take care of the kid BAM problem solved

If they enacted the most obvious solutions, Star Trek episodes would be like 4 minutes long.

I'd pay to watch that :D I could watch the entire DS9 series in an afternoon

DS9 Abridged, eh? That'd be an interesting proposition. It'd certainly speed up the process of Odo going Super Saiyan.

Holosuites costs latinum, he'd have to give up his time playing at the Alamo or the Battle of Britain and starfleet officers already don't get paid.

You'd think with his knowledge and the computing power of a tricorder, O'Brien could analyze, deconstruct and replicate the exact soundscape of Ops and project it on a loop through tiny speakers in that hi tech baby carrier.

I like these scenes. DS9 was and is the best Star Trek since TOS. 🖖
