A good effort by DSA. Having said that I have examined true shot by myself. I found this pistol is a hotchpotch of at least two famous pistols. DAS has all the sources, expertise and equipment to produce world class weapons. If we confined ourself only to true shot the need more search on design and other features. I am sure if they manage to put little bit more energies into it they may do the wonders.

We people most of the time, underestimate our own Pakistans product, you said right people love brands, imported weapons, i was on firing range doing routine training firing , with MP5 a2 opened 9mm USA ammo, Filled mags, when started shooting on targets every fourt or five round was missed, did the procedure once twice, recock etc all USA ammo (10000 box) was the same quality, turning point came in this scenario, opened new POF (10000) round box filled mags started shooting, never even a single round was missed, since that day i see Pakistan products especially POF, with proud, and i do never underestimate our products, thanks.. ex

A good review. It's good value. More domestic gun owners should buy it, and a lot of people who buy foreign guns do so simply because they want to show off. If anyone wants a reliable and good value pistol, this should be considered.

Walekum as Salam. How's the experience so far? How many rounds have you fired?

@@naumanafzal Sir experience is not good so far, there are few observations: Although I bought pistol from company's dealer but there is nothing written on it. Fitting of Pistol is not fine Above all these, the safety lever is not properly working. When we enable safety the trigger gets free as it should be but there is a meager play in lever and when pistol gets a little shake, safety gets disabled and double action starts working, However firing pin still remains tilted. Furthermore due to this play safety lever gets stuck and you have to pull really hard to pull it up. I have contacted with Sales Manager of DSA and looking forward for their reply. I didn't fire it yet. Regards

Follow up of my comment We contacted DSA Manager William Henry, he was very helpful and cooperative. All problems resolved, Pistol fired very well. The zeroing is excellent. Now we have bought 3rd Pistol. Highly recommended

PRICES OF COMPONENTS: BARREL: 15,500/- FIRING PIN: 6000/- MAGAZINE: 5000/- If somebody doesnt want to buy full magazine, he she can even buy just the mag spring alone. Actual thing in mag is the spring. Trigger pull double action: 2.8 pounds. Slide rod, slide spring and other components also available... YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET ALL ALL COMPONENTS IN SPARE FOR ANY IMPORTED PISTOL NOR...LOCAL JAALI COLONES.

Aoa. I find this pistol to be really good compared to other local clones. Quality is really good and gives solid feel.looks are not very good but it’s a good weapon for home and self defence. I have fired consecutive 30 rounds non stop from and it went very well. No stoppage or ejection issues. When u get time do take it on range and give feedback. Last thing it is very accurate on range. Dsa has done very precise zeroing of this pistol. So i will recommend this to others instead of clones and low quality pistols.

@@naumanafzal yes ur right i agree. My point was to tell that i faced no issues and it’s fully reliable. In total i have fired 100 rounds and had no issues. Rest any weapon branded or locally made can come across minor or major issues. But i am happy with mine trushot.

Being a proud owner of dsa trushot, i can say every beginner shooter should have it under 1 lac budget. I hv shot it against new version of cf98, it stands out in terms of accuracy & reliability.

AOA brother I visit DSA factory week ago and buy trushot.. test 30 rounds..good result but one thing disturb me that right side plastic cover below safety lock and above grap create little sound when press it with fingers. As that harmful in shooting

Thank you for sharing your experience. I think the grip is not fitted correctly. It will be good top get it fixed by DSA. Also its important to have good grip which does feel comfortable.
