The biggest problem I see is that he is NOT aware of his behavior being something harmful to others, he sees what he does to woman as something he is entitled to because of who he is, his position, his power and his desires. What he wants is what matters to him, what the woman that surround him want is not important, from his responses. He thinks the problem is he got caught, not the reason why he got caught and thats something he will perpetuate until he dies, he will continue to treat woman as his means to get what he wants, even if it shatters the life of others.
