That looked great!Next cooking equipment you should get is a Discada(plow disc grill).It is basically a large and shallow Mexican Wok You can type in (Discada,Plow disc grill,Cowboy wok) and see them.Very popular in the Southwest USA and Northern Mexico.I got my 22 inch Discada/plow Disc from SouthWestDisk and love it!

Looks real good Dski! That kettle cooker that you've got surprised me with how well it held its temp! I've never cooked on one as I only have a Lang smoker, but now I'm interested in learning more about them for sure. My smoker requires attention a few times per hour which isn't usually an issue for me because its about the process for me too. I enjoy it and I'll be honest, my patio has more than a couple different cooking implements like your deck! Keep up the good content and I'm thrilled to see your subscriber count go up over the last few years!

Beautiful !! On my kamander same thing!! Loaded n ready to smoke, bro, I can smoke atleast ,on a 10 lb or maybe more I'm sure.. 10 cooks min!!! I have a expansion rack also..it's a great addition!!!🤪 smells good!!!😎 nice grill !! When I bought kamander we didn't have this grill on the market, now... I'm researching the gravity feed charcoal grill!! What I've seen.. its amazing

Love all your video's you know your stuff your wife is really bless to have a good man like you what does the mustard do to all your meat's? I lost my husband in June this year and he was a really good cook also I really miss him everyday. God bless you and your family 👍

I'm so sorry for your loss Annette. Mustard acts as binder and the acidity helps with tenderizing with zero mustard taste. Hope this helps...

First, I love your channel and think you really have a talent for grilling & smoking. The one thing that drives me absolutely nuts is how you keep cross-contaminating meat, spices, and everything else on and around the cutting board. You should really take some time to understand cross-contamination and exercise a little caution. A pair of gloves would help as well. Sorry to be negative but mis-handling raw meat is a good way to have a bad day.

Hi Horace. I don't recall the injection I used on this cook. I can tell you that my favorite injection for pork butts is the "it's incredible" injection. Check out heaven made products.com Thanks for checking out the video!

Great video. Is that expansion rack made by Weber? I didn’t realize there was one. I’m thinking about getting this grill. Do you have charcoal that you can re-use sometimes like in a Big Green Egg or KJ? This looks pretty efficient as well.

The expansion rack is by Weber and yes, I sometimes get up to 3 cooks on a load of charcoal. The Summit is very efficient. Thanks for checking out the video. You will love this grill for sure.
