I guess Phil doesn't know what "Credit Card Fraud" is. By my own common sense it would mean: Taking a STOLEN credit card and using it to make purchases. You can also make a purchase, call the bank and claim the purchase was not made but by lying to the bank, you put yourself more at risk to be investigated by the FBI. False Charge claims can possibly be disputed. If the dispute is used against a scammer, the charge coupd be investigated before disputed. Under no circumstance is a chargeback considered "Fraudulant" as a purchasee, if they are not satisfied with a product and/or service provided, they will ask for a refund of their money. This is a common thing in the "Business World", Phil.
