DT big respect for u I had a situation 3 years ago when my Grandad was taking out of ICU and told he would be better cos he had an heart infection literally hours later I was Woking up in the middle of the night told to go to the hospital to c him. He died from a heart attack and even now writing this and any time his names gets mention or any time I mess up and I get told do u think Grandad would b proud of u. Any time I hear this the insides break and I'm struggling to hold my emotions DT so this really hit a cord with me so thank your dearly for sharing this helps alot. MY CONDOLENCES goes out to u and your whole family who suffered and r still r suffering everyday from this. It's easier said than done, but do not watch the haters. The majority are faceless, spineless nobodys who do not have the capacity or courage to put themselves out there to be judged. The human mind often is attracted to the negative and will replay the negative over and over when actually there is so much positive. For every hater there are probably 20 supporters. Understand that when they insult you about something as serious and hurtful as the death of your brother who they don't know, they are doing it with one intention, to hurt you. They know they are safe in their bedroom with there cup of cocoa. They don't know you or your bro, they do not know the relationship you had. Try to bare that in mind and the fact that their is nothing factual about what they say. Words are hurtful, but their words carry no truth and only have weight and impact if you allow it. If you can find a way to remember that and realise how proud your bro and family are seeing a working class lad making a name for himself and bettering his life, you will find it easier to deal with this kind of spineless trolling. Speaking from some 15 years of bullying from childhood I've learnt that there are people that feed off the energy of others, these people will target people that they see as "better" than themselves- better looking, more successful, smarter, more athletic and so on- whatever triggers their need to feel better. After all the years of bullying from children my age and adults, even teachers/coaches, I've learnt to have a thick skin out of necessity. "Sticks and Stones..." doesn't even apply to me anymore, you can come up to my face and say the cruelest most gut-wrenching things about me or people I care about and I will not blink. I want to- but I turn myself off, stone cold. Now as an adult I see the same types of people, let's call them drainers, that feed on other peoples misery on the internet. Safe and hidden behind keyboards or screens it's become easier for these people to get their fix and somehow their hunger has become bigger and bigger, targeting those who satisfy their hunger. I brought up the 'drainers' people, now let's talk about the givers. Givers, for example a lot of youtube creators and 'public faces', put themselves out in the open because you hope to impact people- hopefully for the better. You spend so much energy and spirit to make a difference and that energy deserves to be returned with honest and true comments, constructive criticism and 'heated discussions' as well. That's healthy from time to time. However when things go past your creative product, be it a cooking show, football show or whatever then it's not of value to you as a creator anymore. The reason comments like this come up is to drain you- don't let them! Like you brought up about the footballers getting hate. Fans criticizing their teams players (or other clubs player) for playing a bad game- that's bantering and sometimes warranted. However if the comments go past their professional performance or 'profile' then that is NOT warranted and NOT worthy of their (or our) time! These drainers do not stop, never, they might move on to new targets or be replaced by other drainers but their methods and goal is always the same- to drain their targets. You (we) can however STOP caring about THEM, that's the only option that isn't feeding them- any reply, any attention and any time spent on 'drainers' is feeding their craving and draining our spirit. (no I'm not religious, at all, these are just my opinions on some of the worst personalities that humans are capable of having)

I live in Australia and I watch every single game regardless of what time it is on, whether it be 9pm, 4am with a full days work after the game.
