I like your diagnosis style. It is so well detailed and very hands on.What type of scanner do you USE or recommend.

Thanks, I appreciate that. On this video, I was using NEDS (navistar engine diagnostic software) which is OEM software/ scanner. The best aftermarket scanner I have use for MD and HD trucks is JPRO by Noregon. I’m hoping to get my own sometime this year, so stay tuned that way you can see first hand it’s capabilities.

Have you had experience with using the OTR brand icp sensor that international sells. I heard they are junk. My dealer does not even stock the oem one.

I replaced it like 3 or 4 times and every single one had a different issue.

My 2013 INT 4300 Maxxforce DT ICP is reading 36947.91 psi while running but I have an engine code SPN164 FMI 00. The truck starts fine and runs well, what could be causing this code. some people are saying this pressure reading is to high.
