Still keeping the 8550 working. I asked Cadlink to ask me to add the new printer. They said $200. I said “absolutely not”. Figured it out myself😂. I prefer Cadlink RIP so much better than what came with it.

I don't think that I have one. I usually select print head cleaning on the computer. Try seeing is that's on option on your RIP software. If not check your printer folder.

Hey Catherine! Are you doing a regular printhead cleaning? I usually access that in the printer settings on the computer...of course, make sure the printer is connected to your computer.
