Where can you get the epson adjustment program for this printer?
@SouthbayCreations3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the video, a lit of great info! Is the adjustment software your talking about from Epson? I’m trying to find it but haven’t had any luck. Thanks again! Jason
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
The adjustment software can be downloaded from 2manuals.com on the search bar type P600 Adjustment, should pop right up.

Another great video! now the question: do the settings in the printer driver and ICC profiles (windows) affect the printed colors if you set the profile to OFF and the color value% in AcroRIP
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
Only AcroRip color value % effect the color output when printed. The higher the color value % on AcroRip the darker and more color comes out onto the film. Many factors do effect how it prints color. The type of ink you buy and who you buy it from may require different % on AcroRip to get best results you have to play with AcroRip settings. Or make a custom ICC Profile but still would have to play with settings. Hope that helps answer the question.
@dioblisko3 жыл бұрын
@@fadeawayproject3166 So I'll ask otherwise. Do you have an icc profile or are you just combining with%? If you have your own profile, do you delete system profiles from epson? And do you change any settings in the windows driver E600?
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
@@dioblisko no changed to the P600 drivers. I don't have ICC Profile because my current settings on AcroRip are good enough to print great quality.

I currently have prints that I have printed months ago and have used them recently and have done great when pressed. But soon as you cure your dtf transfer you can press immediately. Hope that helps.

Like your videos. Question, do you sell the circular system with instructions for the p600 printer?
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
I do have a start to finish instructions for turning on and turning off for my particular setup that includes how to wetcap ect.. I'll be working on a step by step instructions for my damper system but I also have seen much better setup straight to the print head from a ciss system. Email me at ytfadeawayproject@gmail.com

Yes, but it curls upward but it's fine still works. Make sure you don't burn the pet film with the heating elements on top.

You guys use screen printing inkjet film for your dtf transfers? Or are they only for test prints?
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
Hi, we use special DTF ink. Similar to DTG ink, but the dtf ink is for the Pet film to stick to and transfer the image onto the garment.
@hugofresan3 жыл бұрын
@@fadeawayproject3166 yeah I get what DTF is, we just ordered a P800 to convert. We do screen printing and use inkjet film for our positives (same as the Amazon ones you show), question is if those also work for DTF or does DTF transfers use different kind of PET film. Thanks for the reply.

The new AcroRIP V10 rip software, which is not yet ready for quality printing, needs to be profiled with the same ink you want to use.
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
Printed a CMYK Pantone with many different colors and gradients and came out very nice, very happy with AcroRip 10 so far. Don't have a icc profile for my inks yet but don't think I'll need too.

Hi FadeAwayProject and thanks for the video :) We've been DTG printing with the NeoFlex for more than 10 years but sadly our NeoFlex died recently and has gone to DTH printer heaven :( I will confess that DTG printing is NOT for the feint hearted clogging of the white inks in the printhead being the main problem! Just wondering if the white ink clogging is an issue with DTF? At present I'm torn between DTG & DTF. With our DTG printing we were able to create amazing gradual fade of colours to the black fabric - is this possible with DTF? Thanks for your help. John
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
Yes unfortunately with DTF you will get head clogging if not wet capping. Same as DTG. DTF Works great with halftone. Learning curve if not experienced with halftoning.

How much did you cut film to fit 16 3/8” oven? Have you tried fitting 19”. A3 13”x19”?
@fadeawayproject31663 жыл бұрын
Yes, 13 by 19 does fit but curls upward so you have to lower it so it doesn't touch the heating elements.
