EXPLORE Basic Setting On PartnerRIP Pro Version 9.0.3 For DTF Printing

When I am first time get into this PartnerRIP Pro Software Version 9.0.3, many of the features I don't how it functions for DTF Printing and get confused. Then I try to search around on youtube and notice that this RIP software is already some time in the market but it is more for DTG or UV printer purposes.
Luckily I get my friend help from overseas to share a basic setting for this rip. At least, I am able to print my first piece of PET Film. From there I start exploring the rip software deeply and how it works the best for DTF Printing especially by using the Epson L1800 printer version

IMPORTANT:
At minute 2.30, the Printout-size Revision leaves it as default. Horizontal Size : 300mm Vertical Size : 500mm.

All is the depend on the resolution you using, quality of ink, pet film. Feel free refer back to your supplier. 😂

Sir, I would have another question for you. The printer is new to me, it happens to me that I can't print the image in most cases it spills color, then I clean my head and sometimes it prints well and a couple of pages and mostly spills white. I use your settings 16% and 30% white. Please help me

Make sure you print at correct side of pet film. Because double sided matte PET film actually only one side can be print.

Never change "Print-out size revision" , it will affect your output print size. rest are great .

How can we tell the printer where the glass/wood ends and begins... and where do we place the glass/wood on the tray to match with this setting? hi, thanks for an informative video, I am running into an issue where my prints turn out fine, but when I put powder on it and put in into a heater holes appear and it ruins the t-shirt. I am currently using 2 seperate printers and they are both doing this, I have tried changing the paint but its even worse, same with paper, humidity and temperature. I heat the paper in a 3D heat press that I put on 120°C and 60 seconds, have you experianced anything similar, and if so how do you deal with it?

Nope. In this industry you must have correct mindset. Not all DTF supplies ( Ink, Pet Film and Powder) are the same. The only same is their physical foam. In the market there are plenty of different grade

White ink not come out it because the head is clog. You must found perfect match amount of color and white ink for your pet film.

The answer depend on the pet film and powder you are using. Must refer back to supplier. But by using our supplier we heat with 145C 10sec, Hot/Warm Peel. Then cover with paper heat for another 5secs
