My print looks great when I press it onto the shirt. But there's always a ring of the powder around the image and it's especially noticeable on dark (black) t-shirts. How can I avoid this???

You can try reducing the margin on your printer, however there will almost always be a white outline…

question .. after applying powder on dtf print how long can we wait to cure? I ask because my curing process is done outsdie for ventilation and it would be so time saving if i can print and powder several prints before taking them all outside to cure.

hi. love your videos. g8t and thx heaps. recently have a dtf printer, still learning. a few issues and i hope you could help. first, usually use black tshirts with white coilur printing. once print the tshirts, white becomes a bit of dark white, not white white. second, print black thsirts with multiple colours and wash once and the printing fading and looked very old. only once. i am using cheap chinese inks and dtf film. have u had these problems?

There you go! you answered your own question. ONLY use the BEST INKS, POWDERS, FILMS, and OTHER ACCESSORIES. When DTF Printing, we made that same mistake at the beginning and even made a video about using (cheap china supplies, supplies sheets, etc...)

Great video . Very informative. Just curious . How many washes do you think dtf can sustain without losing its quality? Can you compare with Screen printing? How durable is it on tshirts?

Super good Question!!! I would say around 50-100 washes depending on Logo Size and Quality of materials! Screen Printing if done properly can easily withstand like 200-400 Washes

Hey could explain why these dtf printers are so much more expensive than certain epson dtf printers? Is there a difference in quality or does it have to do with print size? Looking to get a dtf printer either L1800 or AA Prestiege, but not sure why the big price difference compared to others. Thanks in advance for any help.
