Sometimes I don't mind drawing hands, but this time I tried a few times and decided they weren't necessary lol. Anyone else struggle to want to draw certain things sometimes? If you don't draw people, I'm curious what things in your area of art do you dislike drawing?

I am trying to learn to draw and paint hands. So I avoided them for a long time and have just started trying to include them in most paintings, although i still have quite a way to go (but that is in all areas of art!

What exact colors did you use for the hair color, if you don't mind telling? I love this. I'm going to slow it down and watch again! At least in the video the first layer is a nice shade of pink, and I have been having trouble getting this color without adding white.... I may need a different watercolor to start with.

Thanks :) I don't mind at all! I think it was a mix of purple lake and alizarin crimson (winsor and newton cotman colors) with a lot of water to make it lighter.

@@M3lart thank you so much . I only have one cotman color, but a few of their artist grade. I actually like the cotman that I have though because it is less pigmented. I may get some more of the cotman. I will look to find what purple lake is too and see what purple I have similar. thanks again
