Arey yar yeh ton bada sahi idea hai.... Wheat mix karna hi padta tha ...but with this idea there is no need to mix wheat ..... pure millet rotis...Good good ...Seriously thnks so much !

Nice video. I make it the same way - we Gujaratis call it the “khichu” way (like we make rice papad aata aka khichu). Also bajri flour one just has to knead a little more after it ha cooled down & that process makes it gluten like so rotis can be made with belan too & mine are just like the Ragi juwar ones - you do not need to make like maki roti if you follow above ie knead the flour more!! My millet rotis with boiling water & kneading process all turn out like phulka rotis ! By the way - if your bajri flour or millet flour is old than the rotis will crack on sides like maki roti so brush some water on each side!!

I prepare rice ragi jawar Bajra roties like this, some times I add onions corriander raw coconut green chilli carrot green methi other than ajwain sesame seeds and jeera.

Lavleen ma'am, a quick question - Is it recommended to mix some of these millet flours to make multi grain roti ? or it's better to consume each millet separately. If you can elaborate a bit, that will be great. Thnx

Multi grain roti is not suggested. Millets on their own are best. One millet aata at a time as different flours take different times to digest. This is what I heard from my mum. Thnx.

Can you add the water amount for each grain and also how much time to soak before making rotis for each grain in English and Hindi Please. That will be very helpful. Also is she cooking the atta while heat is on? I couldn’t figure that part. Can someone help clarify this please?

Hi lavleen ji thanks for sharing this vedio...I hv gluten intolerance... as well as lactose! So ghee mujhe bilkul bhi suit nehi karta hay.. aur mujhe endometriosis bhi hay... so please tell me the alternative of Ghee! And pls do a vedio on how to cure endometriosis and chocolate cyst with our food diet! Thank you🙏💝

Bajra also can be made by similar in hot water technique like nachni, bajra roti be fulke jaisi banti hai. I hv tried. Aur sukti bhi nahi hai rakkhe rehne ke baad.

Lavleen ji me to hamesha Raagi Aor Jowaar,aor Jon ki roti Gehun ke aate ke jaise hi goondh kar banaati hoon, par hamesha soft hi banti hai.Bas Aatta lagaate vaqt haath se loch ( dabaanaa) Dena hota hai achchhi tarah. 👍

Hello mam I also make the same way with ragi jowar and wheat mix one part of each but i make without cooking in hot water ucan just make the atta as u make for normal chappatis so no need to make in hot water only the colour is a little dark . It is tasty and nutritious. Do try to make without hot water mix all the attas to gether and make chapati the normal way rost on iron tava and put oil or ghee and enjoy .
