Dual axis motors drive from Celestron for GC-4 issue

This video demonstrates the strange behaviour of dual axis motors drive for GC-4 mount for telescope from Celestron.
This device can start work normally after pluging power unit with 4 batteries which provide voltage a bit more then 6V. After decreasing this voltage this device starts work normally.
