I have a 1.7 4x4 on the drive, there was a slight slappy knock whilst revs fell to and sat at idle. One day it didnt start for the mrs. sounds as if starter motor has nothing to connect to (bzzzzzz noise) so im thinking the flywheel has failed. This video has given me a clear plan of attack, just need some axle stands and to work out the 4x4 😅 wish me luck. (Taken it to a few garages and no one wants to do it)

Appreciate your video. I've a Chevrolet Trax which has the same engine as the Mokka, its clutch was slipping. So I replaced the clutch and it still slipped. So I replaced the clutch master cylinder and it still slipped. Would a broken dual mass fly wheel cause the clutch to slip? both times the clutch was bled properly and there was no air in the system. What I mean by slip is, that it goes into gear and works in reverse but slips in first but does nothing in second. Any ideas as to whats causing this would be appreciated?

I dislike LUK due to their plastic release bearings. Sachs supply a nice metal one. The plastic ones are flimsy as anything, especially the mounting tabs - they're abs plastic and are like bin liners they're that skimpy.
